目的分析探讨营养护理对提高终末期肾病血液透析患者生活质量的效果。方法选取我院2015年1月至2015年12月收治的60例维持性终末期肾病血液透析患者作为此次研究对象,将其分为研究组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组应用常规护理方法,研究组则在对照组基础上予以营养护理,对比两组患者营养状况与生活质量。结果经营养护理半年,相比对照组,研究组患者营养不良炎症评分MIS明显减少;相比于对照组,研究组患者的躯体健康以及心理健康优势明显,这也反应出了研究组患者的一般健康、生理、心理功能以及社会情感职能等方面均较对照组更优,两组患者对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论营养护理对提高终末期肾病血液透析患者生活质量具有重要价值,值得在临床中应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional nursing on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients with end stage renal disease. Methods Sixty patients with maintenance end-stage renal disease who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into study group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30) , The control group used routine nursing method, the study group was on the basis of the control group to be nutrition nursing, nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After six months of maintenance treatment, compared with the control group, the study group malnutrition scores were significantly reduced MIS; compared to the control group, the study group of patients with physical health and mental health obvious advantages, which also reflects the study group of patients in general Health, physical, psychological function and social emotional function were better than the control group, the two groups of patients with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing care is of great value to improve the quality of life of hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease, which is worthy of clinical application.
