工会作为群众组织,并不等于联系了群众,若稍不注意,也会脱离群众。我们要保持工会组织与职工群众的密切联系,真正代表和维护职工群众的根本利益,工会的组织体制和运行机制也要与时俱进,也要进行制度创新,进一步突现民主办会的宗旨。自2001年以来,我们把基层工会实行代表常任制的规定延伸到社区和区级层面,积极地进行了地方工会实行代表常任制的挥索,改变了过去参加工会代表大会的代表在产生“两委会”后其代表使命即告结束的现象,进一步密切了工会组织与广大会员群众的联系。
As a mass organization, trade unions do not mean that they are linked to the masses, and if they neglect to pay attention, they will also be divorced from the masses. We must maintain the close ties between the trade union organizations and the masses of workers and staff members, truly represent and safeguard the fundamental interests of the workers and the masses of workers, and also organize the organizational structure and operational mechanism of the trade unions with the times. Institutional innovations should also be carried out to further highlight the objectives of the democratic organization. Since 2001, we have extended the implementation of the system of representation of permanent members at the grassroots level to the community and district levels. We have actively carried out the call for the implementation of the permanent representative system by local trade unions and changed the concept of “two After the ”committee", its representative mission ended. This further strengthened the ties between trade unions and the general public.
