三、开式偏心压力机1.开式偏心压力机结构以J_(23)-100A为例,其结构由以下几部分组成:①工作机构,由曲拐轴、连杆、偏心套与滑块组成;②操纵系统,由摩擦离合器与制动器等零件组成;③传动系统,由一对皮带轮与二对齿轮组成;④能源系统,由电机及飞轮组成;⑤支承部件,包括床身等;⑥辅助装置,包括润滑系统及保护装置.2.开式偏心压力机的行程调节如图4-4所示,开式偏心压力机的行程大小由曲拐轴2的偏心距r_2与偏心套1的偏心距r_1来决定,而行程H则等于二倍的偏心距离.调整压力机行程时,应先把偏心套1的端齿与支承套4的端齿脱开,然后再调整偏心套与曲拐轴的相对位置.当曲拐轴的偏心方向和偏心套的偏心方向一致时,行程为最大;相反时,行程为最小.其计算方法如下:最大偏心距:R_(max)=r_1+r_2最大行程数:H_(max)=2(r_1+r_2)
