稳定土拌和机是当今路面施工工程中一种不可缺少的现代化机械,它不仅可以大大提高施工效率,而且可对施工质量起到良好的保证作用。 拌和机液压系统主要由行走系统、拌和和辅助工作部件等三部分组成。行走系统多采用变量泵-定量马达+两档机械变速装置的驱动方案,以适应超低速拌和作业工况(0~1.5km/h)和高速运输转移工况(15~30km/h)。通过改变行驶速度来调节转子系统的工作负荷,以使机器始终能适应工作条件的变化而且在最佳的负荷工况下工作;同时,通过改变行走速度可以控制需要的拌和质量要求。
Stabilized soil mixer is an indispensable modern machinery in pavement construction. It not only can greatly improve the construction efficiency, but also can guarantee the construction quality. Mixer hydraulic system is mainly composed of walking system, mixing and auxiliary components such as three parts. Traveling system uses variable displacement pump - quantitative motor + two-speed mechanical transmission device driving program to meet the ultra-low speed mixing working conditions (0 ~ 1.5km / h) and high-speed transport transfer conditions (15 ~ 30km / h).
