从开展FMS(柔性制造系统)检测监控技术研究的实际需要出发,讨论了建立FMS检测监控实验系统的必要性。介绍了一个用于FMS检测监控技术研究的FMS检测监控实验系统的基本结构和功能,该系统采用递阶控制的结构形式和模块化的构造方法,可根据不同的研究工作需要进行重新组合,构造出所需要的研究实验环境。
Based on the actual need of research on FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) monitoring and control technology, the necessity of establishing FMS test monitoring and control system is discussed. This paper introduces the basic structure and function of FMS monitoring and controlling experimental system used in the research of FMS monitoring and control technology. The system adopts hierarchical control structure and modular construction method, which can be recombined and constructed according to different research needs The required research environment.
