继1979年硅增强靶摄象管、热释电红外摄象管等五项课题鉴定以后,1980年底我所又有紫外硅增强靶摄象管,硅靶扫描转换存储管等12项科研成果通过了鉴定定型(其中三项为部级鉴定).这12项科研成果,从国内看都具有较好的水平,其中一部分项目接近国外同类产品近期水平.鉴定会上,得到国内有关用户的好评.紫外硅增强靶摄象管采用远紫外石英面板、S-20光电阴极,是一种优良的宽光谱、高灵敏度摄象器件.光谱响应范围为2000~7500?,在波长为3300?时的紫外辐射灵敏度大于25mA/W.此管适用于微弱紫外光和低照度电视摄象系统,在公安、天文、激光检测、紫外光谱研究等领域有广泛的应用价值.鉴定会上还展出了福建省电子所采用此管研制成的紫外微光摄象机,该机已在实际应用中取得了满意的结果.此器件通过部级鉴定定型后,目前已开始小批量生产.
