初中阶段在学生成长发展阶段具有非常重要的影响作用,初中阶段是学生性格形成、综合素质形成的关键时期,因此,作为这一阶段的教育具有至关重要的作用与意义。同时,随着我国教育体系的不断发展完善,义务教育的发展完善也一直受到社会各界的广泛关注。本文尝试从以学生为中心,通过对学生进行深入细致的了解、加强感情传递等方面,对初中班主任学生管理进行有效的探索,以期能够更好地为学生服务,为我国义务教育体系的完善奠定基础。
The junior middle school stage plays a very important role in the growth and development of students. The middle school stage is the key period for students’ character formation and overall quality formation. Therefore, education at this stage is of crucial importance and significance. At the same time, with the constant development and improvement of our education system, the development and improvement of compulsory education have also drawn widespread attention from all sectors of society. This article tries to make an effective exploration of the management of junior middle school students in order to better serve their students and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of our compulsory education system through student-centered study, in-depth and meticulous understanding of students and enhancement of emotional communication basis.
