在企业迈向国际舞台的过程中,难免出现外语语言的错用、乱用现象。特别是管理词汇看似简单,实则使用灵活多变,出错几率较大。为了解决这一问题,本文以某能源企业为例,从企业层面查找管理词汇在翻译和应用中存在的问题,建立协同工作机制、分析企业实际需求、坚持尊重原作和贴近实意的翻译原则,实现管理类词汇翻译标准化,并推广应用,帮助企业树立良好的国际形象,助推国际化进程。
In the process of the enterprise moving toward the international stage, it is inevitable that the foreign language is misused and indiscriminately used. In particular, management vocabulary appears to be simple, but in fact the use of flexible, a greater chance of error. In order to solve this problem, this paper takes a certain energy enterprise as an example to find out the problems in translation and application of management vocabulary from the enterprise level, to establish a collaborative working mechanism, to analyze the actual needs of the enterprise, to insist on the principle of respecting the original and close to reality, Standardization of management vocabulary translation, and promote the application to help establish a good corporate image of the international community to boost the process of internationalization.
