富顺县城郊区卫生院和东湖镇卫生院同在东湖镇上,经县政府批准,区卫生院和镇卫生院于1996年4月合并为东湖中心卫生院。一、区、镇卫生院的联合,首要的是院长要有改革发展的意识。在建立社会主义市场经济的过程中,同一场镇上的区、镇卫生院面临着社会多种形式办医的挑战。紧靠在一个场镇上的两个卫生院相互竞争,力量分散,建设重复,自身发展十分有限,难于上等次。只有打破不同领导关系、不同所有制性质的束缚,联合在一起,才能有更快
Fushun County Suburban Health Center and Donghu Town Health Center are both located in Donghu Town and approved by the county government. The District Health Center and the Town Health Center were merged into the Donghu Central Health Center in April 1996.
