许多主营棉花贸易的小微企业“井然有序”地运转着,但是其中造成了许多人力成本在时间和空间上的浪费,尤其在绩效管理方面,很多微棉企要么是要求员工一味的创高业绩,要么是有着“所谓的”考核制度考核员工,但实质上并没有科学的绩效管理体系。因此,以B公司为例,探究一套绩效管理模式,适用于小微企业绩效管理之中,帮助企业有效运转人力物力,以尽可能为企业带来收益。
