测定了静脉脂肪乳剂分别在充氮、充氧及空气存在条件下于不同温度下的氧化规律。结果表明,氧的存在是影响脂肪乳剂氧化的最重要因素。同时所测定的脂肪乳剂中过氧化物的分解动力学参数符合一级反应动力学方程,分解活化能Ea为92.21kJ·mol-1,25°C下的速度常数k为5.54×10-4h-1。
The oxidation regularity of venous fat emulsion at different temperatures in the presence of nitrogen, oxygen and air were measured. The results show that the presence of oxygen is the most important factor affecting the oxidation of fat emulsion. At the same time, the kinetic parameters of decomposition of peroxides in fat emulsion were in accordance with the first-order kinetic equation. The decomposition activation energy Ea was 92.21kJ · mol-1,25 ° C and the rate constant k was 5.54 × 10 -4h-1.
