为探索发酵玉米秸秆施加到盐碱土后对土壤肥力指标的影响,将未发酵的玉米秸秆作为对照,采用盆栽试验方法对比分析了不同比例(1:1、 2:1、 3:1、 6:1) 秸秆和污泥混合发酵的玉米秸秆分别以不同用量(1.25 g/kg、 2.50 g/kg、 3.75 g/kg、 5.00 g/kg)施加到盐碱土后土壤肥力指标的变化。 结果表明, 施加发酵后的玉米秸秆,土壤有机质、速效钾质量分数显著增加,土壤速效氮和速效磷质量分数有所降低。经比较分析,施加 2.50 g/kg 发酵比例为 2:1 的玉米秸秆对土壤肥力指标及土壤酶活性的影响最为显著,其中,土壤微生物量碳、氮分别较原土提高了 0.90 倍、 1.07 倍;土壤碱性磷酸酶、脲酶、纤维素酶、 过氧化氢酶分别较原土提高 54.47 %、 37.00 %、 33.82 %、 59.77 %。
In order to explore the effect of fermented corn stalks on soil fertility index after being applied to saline-alkali soil, un-fermented corn stalks were used as a control.
