本文介绍了辽河高升油田稠油掺稀油降粘的集输流程。采用该流程,稠油粘度从1.8Pa·s(1800cP)降到0.2Pa·s(200cP),井口回压降到0.5MPa,单井产量平均增长37.4%。同时介绍了掺稀油后混合油脱水流程,如使用油溶性酚醛3111破乳剂,且掺入稀油的比例大于0.5时,脱水后原油含水及污水含油均小于0.5%。并指出,单井产量高的油井可采用地面掺油方式,掺油温度要求在60℃以上;单井产量低的油井则可采用地下掺油方式,掺油温度要求在90℃以上。最后指出了该流程的不足之处及修改途径。
This article introduces the gathering and transportation process of viscous oil with viscous oil in Liaohe Gaosheng Oilfield. With this process, the viscosity of heavy oil dropped from 1.8Pa · s (1800cP) to 0.2Pa · s (200cP), and the well head back pressure dropped to 0.5MPa. The single well output increased by an average of 37.4%. At the same time, the dewatering process of blended oil after blending with dilute oil is introduced. For example, the oil-soluble phenolic 3111 demulsifier is used, and the proportion of dilute oil is more than 0.5. It is pointed out that oil well with high single well production can be mixed with oil on the ground and the temperature of oil blending should be above 60 ℃. Oil wells with low single well production can adopt underground oil blending method, and oil blending temperature should be above 90 ℃. Finally pointed out the shortcomings of the process and ways to modify.
