1 病例报告 男,44岁。3个月前无明显诱因出现上腹无规律性胀痛,并向腰背部放射,纳差,消瘦,无意中发现颈部有蚕豆大小之硬性包块,无触痛,无寒战发烧,到某旗医院就诊,B超示慢性胆囊炎,内镜诊断:慢性浅表性胃十二指肠炎。经消炎利胆、制酸、保护胃粘膜等药物治疗20余d效果不佳,要求转院。1994-02-18来我院就诊,当时体检发现全身体表淋巴结约蚕豆大小之肿块,质中硬,左中上腹扪及3.5cm×3.0cm大小的肿块,质中硬,疑为胃内占位性病变。内镜检查发现:全胃粘膜点片状红斑,未见溃疡及肿物,球内小弯侧后壁粘膜局限性约2.5cm×2.0cm大小之球形隆起,色泽与周围粘膜相似,表面无糜烂及溃疡,内镜诊断:慢性浅表
