用激光层裂法测涂层/基体结合力,用普通的YAG脉冲激光器成功地将TiN涂层与纯Fe基体分离,电子扫描照片显示,被激光照射的纯Fe表面有局部熔化现象,涂层剥落处基体有明显塑性变形,涂层的折断形式为脆性断裂.试验中激光导致的应变速率约为345×10 ̄6s-1,涂R/基体结合强度约为542MPa,作者还对激光层裂法的原理及优缺点进行了论述
The coating / matrix bonding force was measured by laser delamination method. The TiN coating was separated from the pure Fe matrix by a conventional YAG pulsed laser.
