在新课程实施的过程中,几乎所有的学校、所有的教师都面临着一个共同的问题——如何将新课程的教育理念转变为教学行为,提高课堂教学效益。顾泠沅教授认为在新课程改革实践中存在着两大“落差”,即:教育理念转化为教学设计的“落差”,教学设计与课堂教学之间的“落差”。如何缩小“落差”,提高课堂教学的效益,实现新课程目标?我们在构建贴近教师实际的校本教研、创造适合学生需求的课堂教学方面作了有益的探索。
In the course of implementing the new curriculum, almost all schools and teachers all face a common problem - how to change the educational concept of new curriculum into teaching behavior and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. According to Professor Gu Lingyuan, there are two major “gaps” in the practice of new curriculum reform, namely, the change of educational philosophy into the “gap” in teaching design and the “gap” between instructional design and classroom teaching. How to reduce the “gap”, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, and achieve the goal of the new curriculum? We have made useful exploration in building classroom teaching that is close to teachers ’actual situation and creating students’ needs.
