自1980年6月份起,我厂机械车间承担了50吨敞车上的车钩(钩尾销、钩尾框和从板除外——下同)检修任务。到1981年6月份止,共检修3600辆车的7000多个车钩。其中除极少数(1/1000左右)的13号车钩和杂型车钩外,其余全部是2号车钩。 根据笔者对厂修所见,2号车钩与13号车钩比较,2号车钩的主要问题是,更换率高、裂纹多、变形大、隐患严重、事故频繁。
Since June, 1980, our factory mechanical workshop has undertaken the overhaul task for coupler (hook pin, hook tail frame and slave plate except the same below) on the 50 ton gondola. By June 1981, a total of more than 7,000 car hooks had been repaired for 3,600 vehicles. In addition to a very small number (1/1000 or so) of the No. 13 coupler and hybrid coupler, the rest are all No. 2 coupler. According to the author’s factory repair see, No. 2 coupler and No. 13 coupler, No. 2 coupler the main problem is that the replacement rate is high, cracks, deformation, serious risk, frequent accidents.
