采用XRD和SEM对高磷鲕状赤铁矿矿物的组成及矿相结构进行了研究分析,根据分析结果提出采用煤基直接还原-磁选工艺处理高磷鲕状赤铁矿,并对影响该工艺的因素进行了详细的实验研究与分析。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为还原温度1 250℃、还原时间30min、碳氧比1.8及碱度0.8,在此工艺条件下,可以得到产率为47.68%、铁品位为86.51%、铁回收率为92.94%、磷的质量分数为0.18%和金属化率为92.56%的磁选精矿以及磷回收率为92.88%的尾矿。
The composition and the mineralogical structure of high-phosphorus oolitic hematite minerals were studied by XRD and SEM. According to the analysis results, the coal-based direct reduction-magnetic separation process was used to treat high-phosphorus oolitic hematite, The process of the factors of a detailed experimental study and analysis.
