本文研究了毛细管电泳在检测柠檬酸发酵液中的应用 ,比较了经炭吸附处理与不经炭吸附处理两种处理方法对毛细管电泳测定发酵液中柠檬酸含量实验的影响。结果表明 ,发酵液中色素、糖等杂质对柠檬酸的电泳测定无干扰 ;炭粉吸附色素、糖等杂质的同时也吸附了部分柠檬酸 ,使测定结果降低 ;柠檬酸发酵液可以只经过抽滤即可用毛细管电泳进行测定 ,实验操作简便迅速 ,结果可靠。为工业发酵液的检测提供了一种新的可行的方法。
In this paper, the application of capillary electrophoresis in the detection of citric acid fermentation broth was studied. The effects of two treatments, ie carbon adsorption and non-carbon adsorption, on the determination of citric acid in fermentation broth by capillary electrophoresis were compared. The results showed that impurities such as pigments and sugars in the fermentation broth did not interfere with the determination of citric acid. Carbon powder adsorbed some impurities such as pigments and sugars while adsorbed some citric acid, which decreased the determination results.
