唇裂是人颜面部最常见的先天性畸形,其发生与遗传有关。近年来,国外一些研究认为属多因子遗传方式,国内关于本畸形遗传方式的研究尚未见有报道。为探讨本畸形的病因学和在不同种族与民族间的遗传参差性,为医学遗传学和人类遗传学积累这方面的资料,我们于1982年1、2月份,在全国回族人口最集中的宁夏泾源县对该畸形进行了遗传学方面的调查研究。 Cleft lip is the most common facial congenital deformities, its occurrence and genetic.
