陆荣根是上海市新陆牧工商总公司董事长兼总经理。新陆总公司是在新陆禽蛋生产合作社的基础上发展起来的,1984年建社时,固定资产1.6万元,以养鸡为业,现今有固定资产1500万元,牧工商全面发展,自办企业8个,联营企业4个,已和全国24个省、市、自治区有贸易往来。1993年,全公司销售总收入6489万元,连续几年每年人均创利润超过万元。
