目的:观察红花注射液骨关节腔注射对兔膝骨关节炎软骨组织学和关节滑液PGE2和IL-8的影响,并探讨其作用机理。方法:采用Hulth法制备兔膝骨关节炎模型,以红花注射液关节腔注射治疗。观察兔膝关节软骨的大体变化和HE染色后的病理组织学变化,以及关节滑液中细胞因子IL-8和PGE2含量的变化。结果:红花注射液可减轻模型动物关节软骨病理积分,同时降低关节滑液中IL-8和PGE2含量。结论:红花注射液关节腔注射对兔膝骨关节炎模型有较好的治疗作用,其作用机理可能与抑制关节软骨退行性改变和关节内炎症反应有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of safflower injection in intra-articular injection on the cartilage histology and synovial fluid PGE2 and IL-8 in rabbit knee osteoarthritis, and to explore its mechanism of action. METHODS: Rabbit knee osteoarthritis model was prepared by Hulth method, and safflower injection was used for intra-articular injection. Observe the gross changes of rabbit knee cartilage and the histopathological changes after HE staining, and the changes of IL-8 and PGE2 levels in synovial fluid. RESULTS: Safflower injection could reduce the pathological scores of articular cartilage in model animals and reduce the content of IL-8 and PGE2 in synovial fluid. Conclusion: Safflower injection injection has a good therapeutic effect on the knee osteoarthritis model in rabbits. Its mechanism of action may be related to the inhibition of articular cartilage degeneration and inflammation in the joints.
