本文讨论了钢的冶金质量对于机件疲劳断裂的影响,通过机件的失效分析试验研究,结果表明:钢的冶炼方法、化学成分偏析、非金属夹杂物、外来异金属球等都对机件的疲劳寿命与疲劳断裂有重要影响,可导致机件早期疲劳断裂。根据光学显微镜的检验及扫描电镜和透射电镜分析,提出了关于异金属球引起疲劳裂纹萌生与扩展的机理。
In this paper, the influence of metallurgical quality of steel on the fatigue fracture of mechanical parts is discussed. Through the experimental study on the failure analysis of mechanical parts, the results show that the smelting methods, chemical composition segregation, non-metallic inclusions, foreign- Fatigue life and fatigue fracture have a significant impact, can lead to mechanical fatigue fracture early. According to the inspection of optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, the mechanism of fatigue crack initiation and propagation caused by different metal balls was proposed.
