目的:将引导式教育(conductiveeducation,CE)加营养脑细胞和活血化淤药物治疗婴幼儿小儿脑性瘫痪,以期提高其康复效果。方法:2002-01/2004-01在安徽医科大学第一附属医院儿科和康复医学科对3岁以下的婴幼儿脑性瘫痪74例应用引导式教育治疗,79例应用引导式教育加脑活素和丹参治疗,并进行了1年的随访。结果:单用引导式教育治疗组的总有效率是68.92%,引导式教育加脑活素和丹参治疗组总有效率是87.34%,两组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗1年时的发育商水平比较:引导式教育组平均发育商值58.36±16.34,引导式教育加药物治疗组平均发育商值69.38±17.32,两组疗效差异有显著性意义(F=12.38,P<0.01)。结论:引导式教育对婴幼儿脑性瘫痪康复效果显著;引导式教育加营养脑细胞和活血化淤药物疗效更佳,对婴幼儿脑性瘫痪的发育商有较大影响。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce conductive education (CE) plus nutritional brain cells and promoting blood circulation to treat cerebral palsy in infants and young children to improve their rehabilitation. Methods: From January 2002 to January 2004, 74 children with cerebral palsy under 3 years old were treated with guided education in the Pediatrics and Rehabilitation Medicine Section of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University. From January 2002 to January 2004, 79 cases were treated with guided education plus cerebrolysin And Salvia treatment, and for 1 year follow-up. Results: The total effective rate was 68.92% in guiding education alone group and 87.34% in guiding education combined with cerebrospinal fluid and salvia miltiorrhiza. There was significant difference between two groups (P <0.01). The level of developmental traders at one year of treatment was 58.36 ± 16.34 in the guided education group and 69.38 ± 17.32 in the guided education plus drug treatment group, with significant difference between the two groups (F = 12.38, P <0.01). Conclusion: Guided education has a significant effect on rehabilitation of cerebral palsy in infants and young children. Guided education plus nutritional brain cells and promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis are more effective and have a greater impact on the development of cerebral palsy in infants.
