比较了48例垂体瘤患者术前MR扫描T2加权像上信号强度与术中操作肿瘤软硬度的关系。结果发现，高信号肿瘤质地柔软，等信号肿瘤质地坚硬．混杂信号肿瘤的质地则由其占优势信号强度来决定。此结果可为垂体瘤患者选择合适的手术入路作参考。
The relationship between the signal intensity on preoperative T2-weighted MR scan and the intraoperative softness of the tumor in 48 patients with pituitary tumors was compared. As a result, it was found that the high-signal tumor has a soft texture, and the signal is of a hard texture. The texture of mixed-signal tumors is determined by their predominant signal intensity. This result can be used as a reference for patients with pituitary tumors who choose the appropriate surgical approach.
