长虹集团已更名为四川长虹电子控股集团有限公司。公司名字变了,组织结构变了,公司战略也变了,相应的需要不同的人去实施。2014年7月,四川省曾出台《推进落实董事会选人用人职权专项改革方案(试行)》,推进企业新选任经理层成员由董事会市场化招聘、契约化管理。7月8日,四川长虹电子控股集团有限公司在国内各大媒体发出招贤榜面向海内外市场化招聘公司总经理,并实行契约化、任期制管理等。
Changhong Group has changed its name to Sichuan Changhong Electronic Holdings Group Co., Ltd. The company name has changed, the organizational structure has changed, the company’s strategy has changed, the corresponding need for different people to implement.
