林小兴,今年30岁,是闽西连城县林坊乡农民。在邻县乡镇一家私营企业打工,于2005年4月3日上夜班时,在给机器添加黄油时不慎被机器铰伤。住院治疗11天后担心没有上班没有工资,同时,也没钱继续治疗,就在还没有完全痊愈的情况下出院,不久又回到了企业上班。一边上班,一边向企业法人提出要求给予报销医疗费和支付住院期间的伙食补助费。
Lin Xiaoxing, 30, is a farmer in Linfang Township, Liancheng County, western Fujian.
