油管的损坏是多种随机因素综合作用的结果,是造成抽油井检泵的主要原因之一。通过大庆油田采油一厂1986~1996年各井油管损坏的实际资料和数据以及现场统计调查,建立了3.5mm单根油管和油管柱的寿命统计模型,由此模型用数理统计方法对油管和油管柱的寿命分布规律进行了讨论,指出油管和油管柱的失效寿命分别服从威布尔分布和指数分布,得到了油管的失效规律。经程序计算可知,同种规格的油管柱寿命约为单根油管寿命的二分之一。
Tubing damage is the result of a variety of random effects of a combination of factors is caused by the pumping well pump one of the main reasons. Based on the actual data and data of tubing damage in wells in 1986 ~ 1996 in Daqing Oilfield Oil Production Plant, and the statistical investigation of the site, a statistical model of life of 3.5mm single tubing and tubing string was established. By using mathematical statistics, The distribution law of the life of tubing string is discussed. It is pointed out that the failure life of tubing string and tubing string obeys Weibull distribution and exponential distribution, respectively. Calculated by the program shows that the same specifications of the tubing string life of about one-half of the life of a single tubing.
