企业信息化战略之二 近年来，信息资源成为企业进入新行业的关键资源。市场与企业组织的网络化与新信息技术手段的应用大大消除了国家间、地区间、行业间的贸易与投资障碍，因而竞争范围进一步扩大，手段日趋复杂。所以能否充分利用好信息资源，是企业生死攸关的大事。另外，信息资源的最新特点，对企业的能力提出了很高的要求。企业只有站在战略的高度上，重新设计组织、招聘与培训人员、安排资金的流动等，才能在日益激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。
