我厂甘油车间酸、碱腐蚀现象比较突出,蒸发系统的设备尤为严重。每年因检修和更新部分设备而停产约需半个月以上,维修费用上万元,直接影响肥皂、甘油计划的完成。为了解决耐腐蚀问题,我厂改革了加热室的设计,取得了经济效益。一、加热室的改革方案将我厂二十多年来一直沿用的碳钢、无缝钢管结构,改为以碳钢为外壳,不锈钢板为束管板,紫铜管为列管的混合结构。对蒸发室及共附属设备的原碳钢结构全部改为不锈钢结构,并将蒸发室加高800mm,扩大容
