目的对沙河市参加艾滋病抗病毒治疗的69例病人进行治疗效果分析,为今后的预防控制工作提供依据。方法用国家免费提供的一线抗病毒药品:奈韦拉平(NVP)、拉米夫定(3TC)、替诺福韦(TDF)、齐多夫定(AZT),以符合治疗条件并进行规范抗病毒治疗满6个月以上艾滋病病人为研究对象,对病人治疗前后数据,包括体重、临床症状、CD4值及病毒载量等进行汇总分析。结果经过规范化治疗后,病人CD4细胞绝对计数与基线相比,治疗6、12、24、36个月平均增长120/mm3、175/mm3、196/mm3、235/mm3;机会性感染症状明显改善;大部分病人的病毒载量低于检测下线;病死率由未开展抗病毒治疗的41.3%下降到8.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.03,P<20.01)。结论目前抗病毒治疗方案适合当前治疗的病人,治疗效果显著,通过抗病毒治疗,延长了病人生命,降低了艾滋病的死亡率。
Objective To analyze the treatment effect of 69 patients who participated in AIDS antiviral treatment in Shahe City and provide the basis for prevention and control work in the future. Methods The first-line antiviral drugs provided by the state: nevirapine (NVP), lamivudine (3TC), tenofovir (TDF) and zidovudine (AZT) Over 6 months of AIDS patients as the research object, the data before and after treatment, including weight, clinical symptoms, CD4 values and viral load were analyzed. Results After the standardized treatment, the absolute CD4 cell count of patients increased by 120 / mm3,175 / mm3,196 / mm3,235 / mm3 at 6, 12, 24 and 36 months compared with baseline; the symptoms of opportunistic infections were significantly improved ; The viral load of most patients was lower than the detection of off-line; the mortality rate dropped from 41.3% to 8.60% without anti-virus treatment, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 19.03, P <20.01). Conclusion At present, the antiviral treatment regimen is suitable for the current treatment patients, and the treatment effect is remarkable. By antiviral treatment, the patient’s life is prolonged and the AIDS death rate is reduced.
