1984年7月10日,笔者同其他医护人员成功地抢救了一例利多卡因中毒患儿。现报道如下。患儿焦洁,女,六岁半。住院号94681,因左尺桡骨骨折,来门诊复位,在左锁骨上臂丛阻滞麻醉,上午8点40分,用2％利多卡因15毫升(300毫克)注入,约十分钟后,患儿突然面色苍白,口周发绀,呼吸困难,昏迷,不省人事,抽搐。查体:呼吸浅弱24次/分,心率快,108次/分,瞳孔缩小,对光反应消失,眼球固定中央。浅反射消失,病理反射巴彬斯基征(+)。两肺呼吸
