The paper introduced the 2 cutting and 3 cutting production processes and production practice of a workshop of bar factory, described the arrangement of 3 cutting machines, analyzed the problems occurred in the rolling process and put forward the solutions. Discussed the 4 segmentation technology and production feasibility.
