随着国家、省、市关于学前教育发展一系列政策的出台,学前教育迎来了历史发展最好机遇。作为县区级学前教育管理和教研部门,如何在抓好园所建设的同时,有效促进教师专业化成长,是当前摆在我们面前的一项重要课题。我区以研培一体、深化内涵为手段,有效促进了幼儿园教育教学质量的提升。
With the promulgation of a series of policies on the development of preschool education at the national, provincial and municipal levels, preschool education ushered in the best opportunity for historical development.
