随着现代社会的发展变革,未来社会对人的素质提出了更高的要求。要求每一个人具有面对现实,不怕困难,开拓进取的精神,具有合作、交流的能力和创新精神。这意味着,跨世纪的一代,不仅要有良好智能素质,更要具有一种健康的心理。幼儿园教育是国民素质教育的奠基阶段,它不仅是为小学阶段学习、生活做好准备,更重要的是为他们一生的发展、成才打好健康心理。正是在这一意义上,国际教科文组织和国际心理学会,为了保护儿童的心理健康提出了《儿童权利公约》、《儿童心理权益宣言》等文件。把维护儿童的心理健康放到了极其重要的地位。
With the development and reform of modern society, the future society puts forward higher requirements on the quality of people. Everyone is required to have the spirit of facing the reality, not afraid of difficulties, and forging ahead, and have the ability of cooperation and exchange and the spirit of innovation. This means that the transcentury generation should not only have good intellectual qualities, but also have a healthy psychology. Kindergarten education is the foundation stage of the national quality education. It is not only a preparation for studying and living in primary school, but more importantly, it is for them to lay a good health psychology for the development of their life and success. It is in this sense that UNESCO and the International Psychological Association have proposed such documents as the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Declaration on the Rights and Interests of Children in order to protect their mental health. The maintenance of children’s mental health has been placed in an extremely important position.
