老年前期,性交后引起的猝死,国内外报道甚少,为探讨其病因与机理,以求早期防治,现将我们收治的24例报道如下。临床资料一、一般资料:本文抢救病例中,男性16例,女性8例。50～54岁9例,55～60岁15例,平均年龄55岁。二、发病诱因:患有下列疾病,其中有Ⅱ期以上高血压病史4例;冠心病、心绞痛病史各5例;风心病病史4例;心肌病病史3例;支气管哮喘史1例;慢性肺心病病史2例。三:辅助检查:本资料所收集的病例,猝死前均做了脑脊液,二氧化碳结合力,心电图,有的做了脑CT等项应急的系统检查,
