对W16MnRQ钢板超声波探伤不合格的试样进行了分析研究,查明了探伤不合格的主要原因是裂纹与MnS链状夹杂物。采取改进炉外精炼及轧制工艺等措施,提高了W16MnRQ钢板的超声波探伤合格率。
