目的研究白苞蒿的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱方法,对白苞蒿的体积分数95%乙醇提取物的石油醚部位进行分离纯化,根据波谱学数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果得到10个化合物,分别为去氢吐叶醇(1)、3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-1-丙酮(2)、chrysindin D(3)、山茶皂苷元A(4)、4’-O-甲基高山金莲花素(5)、5-羟基-3’,4’,6,7,8-五甲氧基黄酮(6)、狭叶墨西哥蒿素(7)、3β-hydroxy-5α,6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(8)、假虎刺酮(9)、(E)-3β,4α-二羟基-2-(2’,4’-己二炔亚基)-1,6-二氧杂螺[4,5]癸烷(10)。结论化合物1~5为首次从蒿属中分离得到,化合物6~10为从该植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Artemisia baicalensis. Methods A variety of chromatographic methods were used to separate and purify the petroleum ether fraction of 95% ethanol extract of A. basil. The structure of the compound was identified by spectroscopic data. As a result, ten compounds were obtained, namely, dehydroetheretol (1), 3-hydroxy-1- (4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl) -1-propanone (2), chrysindin D (5), 5-hydroxy-3 ’, 4’, 6,7,8-pentamethoxyflavone (6), 4’-O- (7), 3β-hydroxy-5α, 6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one (8), pseudohuurodine (9), (E) -3β, 4α-dihydroxy- 2- (2 ’, 4’-hexadiynylene) -1,6-dioxaspiro [4,5] decane (10). Conclusion Compounds 1-5 were isolated from Artemisia for the first time and compounds 6-10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
