目的:确定灯盏花素温度敏感型鼻用原位凝胶的基质处方。方法:以泊洛沙姆407和泊洛沙姆188作为温敏材料考察对象,采用搅拌子法测定溶液-凝胶相变温度,以单因素结合均匀设计优选基质处方。结果:确定质量分数19%泊洛沙姆407和4%泊洛沙姆188的组合作为灯盏花素温度敏感型原位凝胶的基质,其胶凝温度为32.9℃,与鼻腔温度接近。结论:选定的灯盏花素温敏型原位凝胶基质,适宜用于鼻腔给药。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the matrix formulation of breviscapine temperature-sensitive nasal in situ gel. Methods: Poloxamer 407 and poloxamer 188 were used as thermal sensitive materials. The solution-gel phase transition temperature was determined by the stirrer method. The matrix formulation was optimized by single factor and uniform design. Results: The combination of 19% poloxamer 407 and 4% poloxamer 188 with the mass fraction of 19% was used as matrix for breviscapine temperature-sensitive in situ gels with a gelation temperature of 32.9 ° C, which is close to nasal temperature. Conclusion: The selected breviscapin temperature-sensitive in situ gel matrix, suitable for nasal administration.
