考虑维修能力不足和备件短缺等因素,定义了装备维修保障过程的广义排队时间、广义维修服务时间等的系统性能参数.建立了基于随机Petri网的装备维修排队问题的形式化描述模型,研究了模型的简化解析分析和仿真分析方法.结合实例分析了改进系统性能的途径,验证了解析方法的有效性.研究表明,提高维修小组能力和备件满足率是提高维修保障系统性能的有效途径. The system performance parameters such as general queuing time, generalized maintenance service time and so on are defined considering the insufficiency of maintenance ability and shortage of spare parts, etc. A formal description model of equipment maintenance queuing problem based on stochastic Petri net is established. The simplified analytic analysis and the simulation analysis method of the model are discussed.An example is given to analyze the ways to improve the system performance and verify the effectiveness of the analytical method.The research shows that improving the ability of repair team and spare part satisfaction rate are effective ways to improve the performance of maintenance and assurance system.
