20世纪80年代中期以来,随着我国家庭联产承包责任制的全面实施,农村的剩余劳动力逐渐脱离了农业和农村,大量的农民进城务工,逐渐产生了农民工现象和问题。伴随着上亿的民工涌入城市,也带来了数以百万学龄儿童的教育问题。随着这一部分人口的进一步增多,对这一部分子女的教育尤其是道德教育更加艰巨而紧迫。由于这一部分儿童的特殊性,对其的道德教育也面临着重大的压力,如何对这部分儿童实施道德教育,是我们所面临的重要问题。
Since the mid-1980s, with the full implementation of the household contract responsibility system in our country, the surplus labor force in rural areas gradually separated from agriculture and rural areas. A large number of peasants migrated to cities for work and gradually brought about the phenomenon and problems of migrant workers. With the influx of hundreds of millions of migrant workers into cities, it has also brought about the education of millions of school-age children. With the further increase of this part of the population, it is even more arduous and urgent to educate some of these children, especially their moral education. Due to the particularity of this part of children, moral education is also under great pressure on them. How to carry out moral education on these children is an important issue that we face.
