随着科学技术的发展,新物质、新工艺、新技术的不断出现,劳动卫生工作者面临着怎样进一步改善工人的劳动条件,提高工人的健康素质、减少职业性危害的任务。据有关统计,1970~1984年全苏职业病和职业中毒人数减少约2.4倍,而在经济发达的乌克兰则减少4.2倍。第十个五年计划中,全苏职业病人减少269%。各地区和有关企业部门的职业病人数也相应减少,减少明显的部门依次为;煤矿、化工、机械、冶金、建筑材料等。最近五年,由于采取了多种预防措施,急性职业中毒人数减少了30%以上,尘肺发病人数减少40%。
With the development of science and technology, the continuous appearance of new materials, new techniques and new technologies, labor and health workers are faced with the task of how to further improve the working conditions of workers, improve the workers’ health quality and reduce occupational hazards. According to relevant statistics, the number of occupational diseases and occupational poisoning in Quanzhou dropped by about 2.4 times from 1970 to 1984, and 4.2 times in the economically developed Ukraine. In the Tenth Five-Year Plan, the number of occupational patients in the whole province decreased by 269%. The number of occupational diseases in all regions and related enterprises and departments also decreased correspondingly with the obvious departments decreasing in turn being coal mines, chemicals, machinery, metallurgy and construction materials. In the recent five years, the number of acute occupational poisonings has dropped by more than 30% due to various preventive measures and the number of pneumoconiosis patients has dropped by 40%.
