随着物质生活和文化水平的不断提高,人们对口腔保健药品需求也逐渐提高.大连某学院研制合成的口洁液是一种纯天然口腔保健药品,其主要成份L-香芹酮,是留兰香油和薄荷粮油的主要成份,据国外介绍L-香芹酮具有抑菌作用.为此我们在实验室进行了口洁液抑菌效果及毒性试验研究,报告如下:1 材料与方法1.1 材料 口洁液为绿色无沉淀无悬浮物的透明液体.试验菌种选用大肠杆菌(8099),金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538).1.2 定量抑菌试验 用 0.03mol/L的PBS洗下3～14代细菌培养物,制备出鲜菌悬液,使初始菌量为5.0×10~6～5.0×10~7cfu/ml.取4.5ml口洁液原液及对倍稀释液,分别加上述菌液0.5ml,作用10分钟后,吸取0.5ml倾注培养皿37℃培养48小时,活菌计数并计算抑菌率.试验温度为20℃,相对湿度70%.取3次试验平均值.1.3 稳定性试验 将包装好的药物原液在不同温度下放置不同时间后,按前述方法进行抑菌试验.同时观察原液的颜色变化情况.1.4 急性经口毒性试验 用40只昆明种健康小白鼠,体重为18～22g,按动物体重随机分组,每组10
