对回转窑内预制砖、浇注料与不同部位所用的铆固件的膨胀系数、线变化率进行了分析,计算了不同温度下材料的膨胀量。对不同材料与铆固件的膨胀缝隙的处理方法进行了探讨,浇注料内锚固件表面处理时应留适宜的膨胀收缩缝隙,接近窑筒方向的膨胀收缩缝隙要小。应严格监控回转窑筒体的温度变化,控制回转窑的筒体钢壳变形,保证回转窑的正常运行和生产。
The expansion coefficient and line change rate of prefabricated brick, castable and rivets used in different parts of rotary kiln were analyzed, and the expansion of materials at different temperatures was calculated. The treatment methods of expansion joints with different materials and rivets are discussed. When the anchors in castings are surface treated, appropriate expansion and contraction slots should be left, and the expansion and contraction slots close to the kiln cylinder should be small. Should be strictly monitored rotary kiln barrel temperature changes, control of the rotary kiln shell steel deformation, to ensure the normal operation of rotary kiln and production.
