音乐教师的教学能力是其履行音乐教育职责、完成音乐教学任务的必备教学素质。从高职音乐教育的特点和存在的问题出发,论述了高职音乐教师的教学认识能力、课堂教学组织能力、音乐课外活动指导能力、教学示范与表达能力及教学科研能力等基本教学能力在高职音乐教学实践中的价值与应用,同时也对这些能力的培养策略进行了简要地介绍。
The teaching ability of music teachers is an indispensable teaching quality for performing music education duties and fulfilling music teaching tasks.
