针对含有高苯酚和氨氮的自然水体,常规的处理方法不仅程序复杂且苯酚的存在会对硝化反应产生抑制作用。应用沉积型微生物燃料电池(SMFC)同步去除苯酚和氮的研究表明,SMFC的运行可以明显降低苯酚对硝化反应的抑制作用,提高对苯酚和氮的去除率;应用SMFC可增强系统的硝化和反硝化能力,尤其是对阴极区域氨氮和阳极区域硝酸盐的去除更有效。因此,将SMFC应用于受苯酚和氨氮污染的水体处理,可以达到同步去除苯酚和脱氮的目的。
For natural water containing high phenol and ammonia nitrogen, the conventional treatment methods not only complicated the process but also the presence of phenol will inhibit the nitrification reaction. Simultaneous removal of phenol and nitrogen from sedimentary microbial fuel cells (SMFCs) showed that the operation of SMFC can significantly reduce the inhibitory effect of phenol on nitrification and improve the removal rate of phenol and nitrogen; the application of SMFC can enhance the nitrification and Nitrification capacity, especially for the removal of ammonia nitrogen in the cathode area and nitrate in the anode area, is more effective. Therefore, the application of SMFC to water contaminated by phenol and ammonia nitrogen can achieve the purpose of simultaneous removal of phenol and denitrification.
