基于稳定的“苄基正离子”理论,合成了1种分子结构中含有硫代磷酸酯官能团的硼酸酯衍生物并对其结构进行了表征。选择合成酯作为基础油考察了所制备添加剂的摩擦学性能并与ZDDP进行了对比,采用两种不同的试验方法对所制备硼酸酯的水解稳定性进行了评价。试验结果表明,所合成的化合物不但具有良好的摩擦学性能,而且表现出优异的水解稳定性,是一类具有较大潜在应用价值的环保型添加剂。
Based on the stable “benzyl cation ” theory, a boronic acid ester derivative containing thiophosphate functional groups in its molecular structure was synthesized and its structure was characterized. The synthetic ester was chosen as the base oil. The tribological properties of the prepared additives were investigated and compared with that of ZDDP. The hydrolytic stability of boric acid esters was evaluated by two different experimental methods. The experimental results show that the synthesized compounds not only have good tribological properties, but also exhibit excellent hydrolytic stability. They are a class of environmentally friendly additives with great potential applications.
