在土木工程建设项目中,合理控制土木工程造价是实现项目经济效益的基本保障。为了合理有效地控制土木工程造价,应该在建设项目的可行性研究与项目策划阶段尽最大可能对项目造价进行准确合理地估算。随着我国科学经济水平和建设项目发展水平的不断提高,对土木工程项目在可行性研究与项目决策阶段合理造价估算的精度要求也越来越高,传统造价估算已经渐渐暴露出其不足之处。本文主要介绍一种基于案例推理和模糊数学理论的土木工程造价估算方法。
In civil engineering construction projects, the reasonable control of civil engineering cost is the basic guarantee to realize the project economic benefits. In order to control the civil engineering cost reasonably and effectively, the project cost should be accurately and reasonably estimated during the feasibility study and project planning stage of the construction project. With the scientific and economic level of our country and the continuous improvement of the development level of construction projects, the accuracy requirements for reasonable cost estimation of civil engineering projects in the feasibility study and project decision-making stages are also getting higher and higher, and the traditional cost estimation has gradually exposed its shortcomings . This article mainly introduces a civil engineering project cost estimation method based on case-based reasoning and fuzzy mathematics theory.
