临床常用的癣药水都是以水扬酸和苯甲酸为主的醇溶性制剂,应用中存在着疗效差、刺激性强等缺点。为此,笔者与临床医生共同研究成功了一种以中药为主的健肤涂膜剂。经一年来对百余例临床患者的疗效观察,表明对手、足癣、体癣及股癣等有很好的疗效。现将其处方及制备等介绍如下: 一、处方苦参、洋金花、水扬酸、苯甲酸、聚乙烯醇、甘油、95％乙醇、蒸馏水等。
The commonly used traditional Chinese herbal medicines are alcohol-soluble preparations mainly composed of salicylic acid and benzoic acid, and there are disadvantages such as poor curative effect and strong irritant in application. To this end, the author and the clinician jointly researched a skin-coating agent based on traditional Chinese medicine. The observation of the efficacy of more than 100 cases of clinical patients over the past year shows that the opponent, athlete’s foot, tinea corporis, and femurs have a good effect. Now its prescription and preparation are described as follows: First, the prescription Kushen, Yang Jinhua, salicylic acid, benzoic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, glycerin, 95% ethanol, distilled water and so on.
