本文用Bayesin一点法拟合心衰病人的DG个体药代动力学参数,重点考察年龄对DG药代动力学的影响。结果显示,老年组的CrCL、CL和Vd显著低于中青年组(P<0.05),年龄与CrCL、CL和Vd相关显著(P<0.05),CrCL与CL、Vd和D1.0存在良好的正相关(P<0.01)。表明随着年龄的增长,肾功能逐渐下降,DG的CL和Vd逐渐减少,且肾功能下降与CL和Vd减少呈平行关系。老年组个体参数变异更大。
In this paper, Bayesin one-point method to fit the individual patients with heart failure DG pharmacokinetic parameters, focusing on the age of DG pharmacokinetics. The results showed that the levels of CrCL, CL and Vd in the elderly group were significantly lower than those in the middle-aged group (P <0.05). The age was significantly associated with CrCL, CL and Vd (P <0.05), CrCL and CL, Vd and D1. 0 there is a good positive correlation (P <0.01). The results showed that with the increase of age, the renal function decreased gradually, the CL and Vd of DG decreased gradually, and the decrease of renal function was parallel with the decrease of CL and Vd. The individual parameters of the elderly group vary more.
